Wayne Ferguson is a renowned concert technician who is also gifted with the ability to share his knowledge with fellow technicians. We keenly anticipate his hour lecture on several topics. There will be a Q & A afterwards as well as a break-out room set up for our French speaking technicians hosted by Mr Aimé’ Dery. Wayne’s topics are as follows:
1). Setting up a Home-Base Piano Workshop which will deal with storage, equipment and tools in which he will demonstrate how he built and organized a Two-Car Garage Workshop.
2). How to Increase Your Income Streams which will include references to home service calls, inspections, assessments for rebuilding, tuning and repairs, cleaning, regulation, voicing adjustments, and dealing with squeaks, creaks, and buzzing.
3). Understanding Grand Regulation which will consider order of operations, as well as the process involved and time-line management.
